About Pathfinder Personnel
Pathfinder Personnel was initially incorporated in 2004 as STR (Skill South Training & Resource) Ltd. In 2009, STR was significantly restructured and renamed Pathfinder Personnel, this initiative was implemented in order to give it a wider external client appeal to those not already associated with the group. Pathfinder’s client base is growing rapidly and its workforce is capable of servicing the requirements of any industrial sector business to the highest standard.
Pathfinder Personnel operates a specifically skilled industrial work force. The faciliites we have onsite to carry out nationally recognised training have assisted in the creation of a support team that is well suited to our group and clients ever changing business needs.
